The standard age for using Swavoti is 16 years or older.

For users under the age of 16, we strongly recommend parental guidance and supervision while interacting with our platform to ensure a safe and positive experience.

You retain 100% ownership of the content you share on Swavoti.

We believe you should own your content. You retain all rights to any photos, videos, posts, and comments you share. We support freedom of speech for all our users and news sources.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content.

This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service and to develop new ones. This license ends when you delete your Content or your account, subject to our data retention policies.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or distributing unlawful content.
• Bypassing security measures or attempting to "break" the platform's infrastructure.
• Harassment, hate speech, or issuing threats to other users.
• Sharing sexually explicit content, adult material, or nudity.
• Spreading spam, scams, or misleading misinformation.
• Using others' intellectual property or copyrighted work without permission.
• Any actions that inappropriately involve or endanger minors.
• Promoting violence or distributing graphic and distressing imagery.

Swavoti offers virtual items known as "Stars" which can be purchased and used within the platform for monetization tools and creator support.

• Stars have no cash value and do not constitute personal property.
• Purchases of Stars are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including if you make a purchase or send Stars to a creator by mistake or any other reason.
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Stars at any time, with or without notice.
• You may not sell, barter, or trade Stars outside of the authorized Swavoti monetization tools.
